Abstract
A invenção refere-se a um método para converter um gás em metano (CH4), que inclui: - uma etapa de ativação de um material catalítico incluindo praseodímio (Pr6O11) associado ao óxido de níquel (NiO) e alumina (Al2O3), cujas respectivas proporções respectivas são em relação ao peso total desses três compostos: - Pr6O11: 1% em peso a 20% em peso, - NiO: 1% em peso a 20% em peso e - Al2O3: 60 a 98% em peso; e - uma etapa de passagem de um gás incluindo pelo menos um monóxido de carbono (CO) sobre o material catalítico ativado.
