Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição adoçante compreendendo neohesperidina dihidrocalcona (NHDC) e gama-ciclodextrina, ao uso da composição adoçante para adoçar produtos ingeríveis, nomeadamente produtos alimentícios e farmacêuticos, e a um produto ingerível que compreende a composição adoçante. Além disso, a presente invenção também se refere ao uso de uma composição compreendendo neohesperidina dihidrocalcona e uma ciclodextrina selecionada entre beta-ciclodextrina e gama-ciclodextrina como agente para mascarar o sabor, a um processo para mascarar sabores desagradáveis em produtos ingeríveis, principalmente em produtos alimentícios e produtos farmacêuticos e produtos ingeríveis que compreendem substâncias com sabor desagradável e a composição para mascarar o sabor.
