Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se, entre outras coisas, métodos, a composições farmacêuticas e kits para tratamento ou atenuação dos efeitos de um câncer em um indivíduo, que possui uma mutação de BRAF atípica (isto é, uma mutação não V600E/K BRAF), compreendendo um inibidor de ERK. Também são fornecidos métodos para identificar um indivíduo com um câncer com BRAF mutante atípico que se beneficiaria da terapia compreendendo um inibidor de ERK.
