Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a composições de cápsula farmacêutica que compreendem o composto niraparib como um ingrediente farmacêutico ativo, adequado para administração oral, bem como a métodos para sua preparação. Também são aqui descritas formulações de cápsula contendo niraparib formado pelos métodos divulgados e usos terapêuticos dessas formulações de cápsula para o tratamento de diversos distúrbios e condições. O niraparib é distribuído com uniformidade substancial por todo um veículo farmaceuticamente aceitável das formulações de cápsula e apresenta boas estabilidade em longo prazo e propriedades de dissolução.
