Abstract
Um sistema de entrega de aerossol que inclui um gerador de aerossol que aerossoliza um fluido para entrega a um paciente. O gerador de aerossol inclui um alojamento com uma câmara de fluido que comunica fluidicamente com uma entrada de alojamento e uma saída de alojamento. Dentro do alojamento, o gerador de aerossol inclui uma placa de suporte com uma fenda que comunica fluidicamente com a saída de alojamento. Um membro vibratório acopla à placa de suporte através da fenda. Um atuador piezoelétrico também acopla à placa de suporte, e, em operação, expande e contrai para vibrar o membro vibratório, que aerossoliza um fluido. O gerador de aerossol recebe fluido através de um conduto de fluido que acopla ao alojamento.
