Em uma modalidade, uma máquina cinemática paralela (PKM) (88) realiza sequencialmente a operação, enquanto uma outra modalidade inclui uma montagem de soquete de porca (112) que fixa porcas rebitadas (24) à chapa de AHSS (26), e uma modalidade adicional inclui uma armação em C (114) que sustenta o aparelho e é movida por um robô (130) para fixar sequencialmente porcas rebitadas (24) à chapa de AHSS (26) em locais diferentes. A fixação das porcas rebitadas é realizada de uma maneira com proteção contra luz.
