Abstract
Processos de consolidação de composições aquosas incluindo partículas finas e água de processo são descritos. Os processos incluem a mistura da composição com um sal altamente solúvel em água ou uma solução aquosa do mesmo para desestabilizar e consolidar sólidos nas composições, por exemplo, para desestabilizar e consolidar partículas finas, e separar os sólidos consolidados a partir da água de processo. Um polímero solúvel em água e partículas grossas, por exemplo, areia, podem também ser usados no tratamento das composições.
