Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a uma silagem com digestibilidade aumentada, a qual é produzida a partir de um milho híbrido que inclui tan-to traços de nervura marrom ("brown midrib") (bmr) quanto de farináceos (floury). Uma ração para crescimento compreende tal silagem. Uma ração de acabamento compreende tal silagem. Um método para aumentar a quantidade de carne de um animal alimentado com silagem compreende proporcionar uma silagem produzida a partir de um milho híbrido que inclui traços de nervura marrom ("brown midrib") (bmr) e de farináceos (floury), e alimentar o animal com uma composição de ração animal que compreende a silagem.
