Abstract
Um fixador (10) incluindo uma luva (14) tendo uma porção alongada (15), uma cabeça com uma superfície de rolamento (19) e uma porção rosqueada interna (21), um parafuso central (12) disposto dentro da luva (14) e tendo uma cabeça e uma porção de haste com uma porção rosqueada externa acoplável de forma giratória com a porção rosqueada da luva (14). Um inserto (48) é disposto dentro da luva (14) e cerca uma porção do parafuso central (12). Um elemento de vedação (38) é afixado à luva (14) e justaposto com a superfície do rolamento (19) da cabeça da luva (14). O fixador (10) é adaptado para ser instalado em uma estrutura. O contato elétrico do fixador (10) reduz a diferença potencial entre o mesmo e a estrutura, que fornece um caminho direto para a propagação contínua de ondas eletromagnéticas, reduzindo a dispersão de onda eletromagnética e minimizando a assinatura eletromagnética.
