Abstract
Um novo método de indução ou produção de células beta pancreática a partir de células-tronco pluripotente induzidas humanas em uma eficiência não procedente e funcionalidade. O núcleo da invenção é o uso de mRNAs experimentalmente descobertos em pontos de decisão de diferenciação crítica múltipla junto a pluripotente para mesendoderma para endoderma para células endócrinas pancreáticas para a rota das células beta pancreáticas de uma maneira previamente desconhecida.
