Abstract
Um método novo de indução ou produção de hepatócitos a partir de células-tronco pluripotentes induzidas humanas em uma eficiência não precedente e funcionalidade. O núcleo da invenção é o uso de mRNAs descobertos experimentalmente em múltiplos pontos de decisão de diferenciação crítica ao longo de rotas pluripotentes para mesendoderma para endoderma para hepatócitos de uma maneira previamente desconhecida.
