Abstract
Trata-se de anticorpos que se ligam ao ICOS (Coestimulador induzível de Células T). Uso terapêutico de anticorpos anti-ICOS para modular a razão entre células T reguladoras e células T efetoras afim de estimular o sistema imunológico de pacientes, incluindo o uso no tratamento de cânceres. Métodos para produzir anticorpos anti-ICOS, incluindo anticorpos de reação cruzada de espécie, com o uso de camundongos knockout transgênicos.
