O sistema compreende: pelo menos um dispositivo de alojamento (3) para alojar o material antissocavação (1); pelo menos um dispositivo de fixação (4) para prender o material antissocavação (1) e/ou o dispositivo de alojamento (3) na fundação marinha (2), o dispositivo de alojamento (3) e o dispositivo de fixação (4) sendo instaláveis na fundação marinha (2) antes de a fundação marinha (2) ser instalada em seu local definitivo (5). A invenção também se refere a procedimentos e usos do dito sistema.
