É provido um sistema para moldar metais fundidos. O sistema inclui um molde compreendendo uma cavidade de fundição tendo uma entrada, e um furo entre uma superfície superior do molde e a entrada. O sistema inclui adicionalmente um invólucro compreendendo um funil e um eixo oco, em que o funil se situa fora do molde, adjacente à superfície superior, e o eixo oco é recebido dentro do furo e é móvel no mesmo. Um mecanismo de içamento situa-se sobre a superfície superior do molde, o mecanismo de içamento sendo operável para içar o funil do invólucro para longe da superfície superior para trazer o invólucro para engate com um bocal da panela. É também provido um método para moldar metais fundidos usando o sistema.
