Abstract
Aspectos da presente invenção se referem a comunicações sem fio e, mais particularmente, ao refinamento de feixe durante um procedimento do RACH. Um NB pode receber uma mensagem via um primeiro feixe a partir de um UE como parte de um procedimento do RACH e pode transmitir pelo menos um sinal para refinamento de feixe durante o procedimento do RACH. Um UE pode transmitir, a um NB, uma mensagem via um primeiro feixe como parte de um procedimento do RACH e pode receber, do NB, pelo menos um sinal para refinamento de feixe durante o procedimento do RACH. Qualquer feixe de sinais direcionais pode ser usado para refinamento do feixe, conforme descrito neste documento.
