Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um método para fornecer um revestimento de Zn-Al-Mg sobre uma tira de aço utilizando um pro-cesso de revestimento por imersão a quente com um banho de revestimento, em que a espessura do revestimento é controlada utilizando lâminas de gás acima do banho de revestimento. De acordo com a invenção, quantidades específicas de Mg e Al são selecionadas, em uma conexão em que a quantidade de Al é maior do que a quantidade de Mg. A invenção refere-se também a uma tira de aço que possui um revestimento de Zn-Al-Mg fornecido pelo revestimento por imersão a quente.
