Abstract
Os anticorpos monoclonais quiméricos ou humanizados anti-CD81 (aglomerado ou diferenciação 81) são fornecidos no presente. Os anticorpos se ligam a CD81 humano e são uteis em vários métodos terapêuticos incluindo sem limitação a redução ou prevenção de metástase de tumor. São também fornecidos sequências de regiões variáveis de cadeia leve e cadeia pesada, assim como as sequências de regiões determinantes da complementariedade (CDR) associadas.
