Abstract
Um bloqueador de corrente giratório inclui uma base, um acionador acoplado operacionalmente à base e um par de engates acoplados de modo articulável à base. A orientação da base e a posição dos engates são responsivas à extensão do acionador. O bloqueador de corrente giratório pode ser usado como uma parte de uma montagem de macaco de corrente, tal como em um navio offshore. O bloqueador de corrente giratório pode ser usado em um método de puxar, arriar e posicionar uma corrente de âncora, tal como para amarração de um navio offshore.
