Abstract
É provido um anel de pistão de compressão, em particular um anel de pistão adequado como um segundo anel de pistão em um conjunto de pistão de três anéis, anel de pistão este que apresenta seções convexas e seções côncavas se alternando na direção circunferencial em uma região de face de trabalho intermediária em relação à altura axial, onde as seções côncavas formam recessos em perfil na face de trabalho convexamente coroada.
