Abstract
A presente invenção fornece construtos de anticorpos biespecíficos de uma modalidade Fc específica caracterizados por compreenderem um primeiro domínio que se liga a BCMA, um segundo domínio que se liga a um epítopo extracelular da cadeia humana e/ou cadeia de Macaca CD3e, e um terceiro domínio que é a modalidade Fc específica. Além disso, a invenção fornece um polinucleotídeo que codifica o construto de anticorpo, um vetor compreendendo este polinucleotídeo, células hospedeiras expressando o construto e uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo os mesmos.
