Abstract

Partículas poliméricas com superfície tratada que são dispersíveis em água ou uma solução aquosa sem o auxílio de qualquer tensoativo. O tratamento de superfície de partículas poliméricas hidrofóbicas é realizado para aumentar a energia superficial e para tornar as superfícies das partículas hidrofílicas, por meio disso eliminando a necessidade de um tensoativo para dispersar as partículas poliméricas em água ou uma solução aquosa. Como tal, uma pasta fluida sem tensoativo pode ser formada a partir das partículas com superfície tratada para a fabricação de estruturas compósitas termoplásticas reforçadas com fibra.
