Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a uma tira de aço galvanizada por imersão a quente de alta resistência consistindo, em porcentagem em massa, nos elementos que seguem: C 0,10-0,21%, Mn 1,45-2,20%, Si 1,50% max., Al 0,1-1,50%,P 0,001-0,04%,B 0,0005-0,005%, V 0,005-0,30%,N 0,015% max., S 0,05% max., e, opcionalmente, um ou mais elementos: Ca 0,004% max., Nb 0,10% max., Cr 0,50% max., Mo 0,20% max., Ni 0,20% max., Cu 0,20% max., Ti 0,20% max, o equilíbrio da composição consistindo em Fe e impurezas inevitáveis. O aço tem bom acabamento na superfície e resistência mecânica aumentada, em particular resistência, ductilidade e plasticidade no geral altas. Ela refere-se também a um processo para a fabricação de uma tira de aço galvanizada por imersão a quente de alta resistência e a seus produtos.
