Abstract
A invenção fornece uma composição de revestimento em pó compreendendo polímeros termoplásticos, partículas cerâmicas, partículas de cermet para diminuir o coeficiente de atrito, e melhorar o desgaste e resistência à corrosão de superfícies revestidas em alta temperatura, a alta pressão, e ambientes corrosivos. Também proporciona um método de aplicação de revestimento para melhorar a adesão do revestimento ao substrato. As composições de revestimento são desprovidas de solventes orgânicos voláteis e podem ser aplicadas em superfícies usando pulverização térmica, moldagem por compressão e outras abordagens de sinterização de partículas. Uma arquitetura de multicamadas que consiste em uma camada inferior adesiva e uma camada superior de baixo atrito não adesiva é divulgada. O revestimento pode ser usado na produção de petróleo e gás e injeção de água do mar.
