São providos aqui métodos e sistemas para extração de DNA livre de células a partir de amostras biológicas líquidas. Os métodos podem ser empregados para determinação de fração de DNA fetal e triagem pré-natal não invasiva de aneuploidias fetais e análises de outros tipos de DNA livre de células.
