Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho integrado para monitorar a separação de fases sólida e líquida em uma centrífuga medindo pelo menos um parâmetro de um material de enchimento dentro de uma centrífuga, o aparelho integrado compreendendo pelo menos uma fonte de luz para iluminar pelo menos parte de uma superfície do material de enchimento, e uma disposição de detector de luz sendo adaptada para receber a luz refletida do material de enchimento. A presente invenção também se refere a um método associado para monitorar e controlar a separação de fases sólida e líquida em uma centrífuga.
