Abstract
As tramas não tecidas compreendendo um polímero de a-(1,3 ¿ glucano) insolúvel em água e métodos de formação de tramas não tecidas são reveladas. O polímero de a-(1,3 ¿ glucano) insolúvel em água compreende 90% ou mais de ligações a-1,3-glucosídicas, menos do que 1% em peso de pontos de ramificação de a-1,3,6-glucosídico, um número médio de grau de polimerização na faixa de 55 a 10 000, e uma proporção de DPw aparente para DPw real na faixa de 2 a 10. As tramas não tecidas podem ser usadas para lenços de higiene pessoal, meios de filtração, vestuário ou outros usos.
