Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição estável seca probiótica. A composição compreende um ou mais microorganismos probióticos viáveis, uma ou mais proteínas hidrolisadas, um ou mais dissacárideos, um ou mais oligossacarídeos, um ou mais polissacarídeos mas não trealose. A composição tem uma viabilidade de pelo menos 1x10 10 UFC / g, e uma perda de viabilidade inferior a uma unidade log / g após 3 meses a uma temperatura de 40°C e uma humidade relativa de 33%. A invenção também se refere a métodos para preparar a composição estável seca probiótica.
