Abstract
São descritas composições protetoras de UV compreendendo macropartículas de matriz de polímero intumescidas compreendendo um polímero termoplástico intumescido com pelo menos um agente de intumescimento, e uma pluralidade de nanopartículas de um agente protetor de UV inorgânico compreendendo pelo menos um cristal inorgânico sólido e um dispersante associado ao cristal, em que as nanopartículas inorgânicas são dispersas e incorporadas nas macropartículas da matriz polimérica intumescida. São também fornecidos método de preparação e usos de tais composições.
