Abstract
O presente pedido de patente refere-se a um sistema microfluídico de fluxo contínuo de gotículas, que inclui um chip microfluídico incluindo uma seção de detecção óptica; a estrutura em plataforma incluindo um suporte do chip microfluídico configurado para receber o chip microfluídico e um grande número de elementos de aquecimento dispostos para aquecer um grande número de seções separadas do chip microfluídico a uma multiplicidade correspondente de temperaturas diferentes; e um sistema de detecção óptica disposto para detectar a luz fluorescente emitida da dita seção de detecção óptica do chip microfluídico.
