Abstract
DISPOSITIVOS E MÉTODOS PARA A ANÁLISE DE AMOSTRAS. São revelados dispositivos integrados que incluem um componente de preparo de amostra integrado a um componente de detecção. O componente de preparo de amostra pode ser um módulo de microfluídica digital ou um módulo de ondas acústicas superficiais, os quais são usados para combinar uma gotícula de amostra a uma gotícula de reagente e para executar uma etapa de preparo de amostra adicional levando a uma gotícula que contém contas/partículas/marcadores que indicam a presença ou ausência de um analito de interesse na amostra. As contas/partículas/marcadores podem ser detectados movendo a gotícula ao componente de detecção do dispositivo, o qual inclui uma matriz de poços.
