Um cabo torcido de aço PC revestido (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, 1g, 1h) inclui: um cabo torcido (2) no qual uma pluralidade de fios elementares (21), cada um composto de aço, são trançados em conjunto; um revestimento anticorrosivo (3) que tem uma porção circunferencial externa (31) que reveste uma circunferência externa do cabo torcido (2); um revestimento externo (6) que reveste uma circunferência externa do revestimento anticorrosivo (3); e uma fibra óptica (4) fornecidos em uma posição para dentro de uma superfície circunferencial externa do revestimento externo (6) e corresponde a um sulco de filamento (22) no cabo torcido (2) de modo a seguir a expansão e a contração do cabo torcido (2).
