Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a uma embalagem resselável (10) que inclui camadas de película interna e externa (20, 15). Cada uma das camadas de película interna e externa (20, 15) inclui cortes vazados (25, 35) que são projetados para criar uma porção de aba destacável (30) que, quando puxada pelo usuário, revela uma abertura da embalagem para fornecer acesso ao conteúdo da embalagem. Em particular, a camada de película interna (20) possui um corte vazado interno (35) que inclui uma linha de corte transversal (55). Enquanto a linha de corte transversal em embalagens convencionais é uma linha reta, a embalagem descrita aqui usa uma linha que possui um ou mais raios de curvatura. Desta forma, as vibrações que poderiam ser geradas durante o processo de troquelagem rotativa são reduzidas e podem ser alcançadas profundidades de corte mais consistentes.
