Abstract
Esta invenção fornece métodos e composições para prevenir, tratar ou melhorar um ou mais sintomas de um tumor maligno associado à mutação de KRAS em um mamífero em necessidade do mesmo, ao identificar uma célula de tumor no mamífero, a célula de tumor compreende pelo menos um dentre: (i) uma mutação do gene KRAS, e (ii) um nível de expressão aberrante de proteína KRAS; e administrar ao mamífero uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz de uma composição que compreende uma ou mais moléculas de RNAi que são ativas na redução da expressão de GST-p.
