Abstract
A presente invenção se refere à composição de mistura polimérica que compreende: (a) a partir de cerca de 1 a cerca de 99% em peso de um polímero; e (b) a partir de cerca de 1 a cerca de 75% em peso de poli alfa-1,3-glucano. A adição de alfa-1,3-glucano como um enchimento de polímero pode aumentar o módulo de tração, resistência à tração e propriedades de barreira ao oxigênio da composição de mistura polimérica.
