Abstract
A presente invenção se refere ao vestuário de desempenho de seda e aos métodos de sua preparação. Em algumas realizações, o vestuário de desempenho de seda inclui os têxteis, tecidos, produtos de consumo e outros materiais que são revestidos com as soluções aquosas de fragmentos de proteína à base de fibroína de seda pura. Em algumas realizações, os produtos de vestuário revestidos exibem as propriedades de gerenciamento de umidade surpreendentemente aprimoradas e resistência elevada ao crescimento microbiano.
