A unidade de bloco de dormente inclui um bloco de dormente e uma sapata de dormente que cerca o último em sua área inferior. Na área da borda superior das paredes laterais (9) da sapata de dormente, um colar de vedação circundante (14) de um material elástico compreende uma seção de borda superior (15), uma seção de borda inferior (16), e uma seção lateral (17) disposta entre as mesmas. Na área da borda superior das paredes laterais (9) da sapata de dormente (3), um friso circundante (11) é disposto externamente sobreposto de forma vedada pela seção de borda inferior do colar de vedação (14).
