Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de mola de lâmina (1) equipado com uma mola de lâmina principal (20) que tem uma seção elástica (20b) que gera uma força elástica quando dobrada e seções de olhal (20a) formadas nas extremidade da seção elástica (20b), com a seção elástica (20b) e as seções de olhal (20a) sendo temperadas. Também provido está um método para fabricar este dispositivo de mola de lâmina (1). As seções de olhal (20a) são formadas rolando as extremidades da seção elástica (20b) em uma forma circular. As seções de olhal (20a) são temperadas a uma temperatura mais alta do que a seção elástica (20b).
