Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a composições farmacêuticas e métodos para o tratamento das doenças de peri-implante, particularmente doença peri-implantar caracterizada pela destruição da cresta do osso alveolar que apoia o implante. Especificamente, o método compreende a etapa da aplicação a um osso de peri-implante que exibe reabsorção crestal uma composição farmacêutica 5 que compreende material de aumento ósseo biocompatível revestido com uma composição de matriz que fornece liberação prolongada e com controle de local de pelo menos um agente farmaceuticamente ativo no local da perda óssea.
