Abstract
São descritos e ilustrados um método e um dispositivo para laminar uma moldagem de fibra perfilada (7) com uma película termoplástica (1), em que a película (1) é laminada na superfície da moldagem de fibra (7) a ser revestida por meio de calor e pressão diferencial. Para melhorar a laminação da moldagem de fibra (7) como um todo, visto que uma redução no material pode ser feita com uso de películas mais finas e, para alcançar espessuras de laminação particularmente uniformes ao longo da moldagem de fibra inteira (7), as etapas a seguir são fornecidas: - fixar pelo menos a borda da película alimentada (1) em uma placa de base (2), - aquecer a película (1), - realizar deformação plástica da película (1) por meio de uma ferramenta de moldagem (5), - alimentar a moldagem de fibra (7), - juntar a moldagem de fibra (7) à película pré-formada (1) e - remover a moldagem de fibra laminada (7?).
