A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de gerenciamento de sutura (2) inclui uma alça (4) que define um primeiro canal alongado (6a). O primeiro canal alongado (6a) se estende pela circunferência longitudinal da alça (4). O eixo (10) se estende distalmente a partir da alça (4). A âncora de sutura (12) é acoplada à extremidade (14a, 14b) distal do eixo (10). Uma sutura (14) é configurada para se estender da âncora de sutura (12) proximalmente ao longo do eixo (10) e para dentro do canal alongado definido pela alça (4). Uma porta (8a, 8b) integralmente pode ser formada com a alça (4). A sutura (14) se estende para dentro de uma área entre a porta (8a, 8b) e a alça (4). A porta (8a, 8b) é configurada para manter a tensão na sutura (14) quando estiver em uma posição fechada.
