Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a um implante (100) configurado para fixar um primeiro osso (400) a um segundo osso (402) inclui uma porção intramedular (102), uma porção extramedular (104), e uma porção intermediária (106). A porção intramedular (102) inclui um eixo longitudinal (107) e um orifício de fixação intramedular (108) que se estende através dele. A porção extramedular (104) é configurada para entrar em contato com o segundo osso (402) e inclui uma superfície voltada para o osso configurada para encostar em uma superfície do segundo osso (402). A superfície voltada para o osso é distanciada do eixo longitudinal (107). A porção extramedular (104) inclui, ainda, um orifício de fixação extramedular (114) que se estende através dela. A porção intermediária (106) se estende entre as porções intramedular e extramedular e possui um orifício de fixação por compressão (122) que se estende através dela apresentando um eixo do orifício de fixação por compressão (124). O eixo do orifício de fixação por compressão (124) é disposto em um ângulo oblíquo (132) com relação ao eixo longitudinal (107).
