Abstract
AMPLIFICAÃÃO DE SINAL EM TESTES DE PARCEIRO DE LIGAÃÃO ESPECÃFICO PLASMÃNICO. A presente invenção refere-se a dispositivos de detecção de analito e métodos de utilizar tais dispositivos para detectar quantidades minuto de um analito alvo em uma amostra. Em particular, a invenção fornece um dispositivo de detecção de analito compreendendo uma pluralidade de nanoestruturas de compósito metálico conjugadas a parceiros de ligação ao analito e uma superfÃcie contendo uma nanocamada metálica na qual uma pluralidade de moléculas de captura está imobilizada. Métodos de preparar nanoestruturas de compósitos são também descritos.
