Abstract
MÉTODO PARA ANCORAR UM PRIMEIRO OBJETO EM UM SEGUNDO OBJETO E MÁQUINA PARA EXECUTAR O MÉTODO.A presente invenção relaciona-se a um método e a uma máquina para unir dois objetos (1, 5), ancorando uma porção de inserto (6) provida em um primeiro objeto (5) em uma abertura (2) provida em um segundo objeto (1). A ancoragem é feita liquefazendo um material termoplástico e interpenetrando o material liquefeito e um material penetrável, sendo que os dois materiais são dispostos em superfícies opostas (18, 19) da porção de inserto (6) e a parede da abertura (2). Durante a etapa de inserir a porção de inserto (6) na abertura e/ou durante a ancoragem, uma força de grampo é aplicada às superfícies opostas (3) do segundo objeto (1), para impedir que o segundo objeto (1) venha trincar ou abaular.
