Abstract
NITRILA HIDRATASE MELHORADA. A presente invenção refere-se a nova nitrila hidratase melhorada com maior resistência a compostos de amida sob altas temperaturas. Especificamente é fornecida uma nitrila hidratase tendo pelo menos um aminoácido selecionado de (a) a (d) abaixo, na sequência de aminoácidos expressada em SEQ ID NO:50 (X1 a X27 representam resíduos de aminoácidos arbitrariamente definidos independentes). (a) X1 é valina ou glicina, (b) X9 é valina ou treonina, (c) X23 é um aminoácido selecionado a partir de um grupo composto de isoleucina, leucina, metionina e treonina, (d) X24 é leucina.
