Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a anticorpos humanizados, aptos a formar uma liga-ção específica com as moléculas da CEACAM1 humana contendo mutações rever-sas humano-murino em regiões variáveis não CDR, e às suas sequências codifica-doras de polinucleotídeo. Também são fornecidas composições farmacêuticas con-tendo tais anticorpos, bem como métodos para seu uso no tratamento e no diagnós-tico do câncer e demais condições.
