Uma composição polimérica adequada para diminuir o Ponto de Verteção de óleos crus parafínicos, compreendendo uma mistura sinérgica incluindo pelo menos dois copolímeros de etileno-vinil acetato respectivamente tendo um peso molecular médio Mw menor do que 130.000 Daltons (medido via GPC), um teor de monômero de vinil acetato variando de 15 a 50 % em peso, sob a condição de que o teor de monômero de vinil acetato nos respectivos copolímeros difira de um copolímero para outro por mais do que 5 % em uma base em peso.
