Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a enzimas com estabilidade melhorada proveniente de glicação reduzida. A redução na glicação pode ser obtida por uma variedade de meios, incluindo a modificação da proteína, o aquecimento para remover a atividade hidrolítica de fundo do amido, diafiltração e várias abordagens de formulação incluindo a não inclusão de açúcares problemáticos e a inclusão de amidos resistentes.
