1 / 1 RESUMO âMÃTODO OU PROCESSO PARA MODIFICAR A FUCOSILAÃÃO EM UM SISTEMA DE EXPRESSÃO DE PROTEÃNAS EUCARIÃTICO E/OU EUCARIOTE, GLICOPROTEÃNA, E, USO DE UMA GLICOPROTEÃNAâ A presente invenção refere-se a um método ou processo para controlar, inibir ou reduzir a fucosilação de proteÃnas em um sistema de expressão de proteÃnas eucariótico e/ou eucariote. O dito método compreende realizar as expressões de proteÃnas e/ou modificação pós-traducional de proteÃnas na presença de uma concentração total elevada de manganês ou de Ãons manganês.
