Abstract
SÍNTESE DE TEDUGLUTIDA. A presente invenção fornece uma nova abordagem sintética de síntese de fase sólida de peptídeos com ácido aspártico C-terminal pelo ancoramento do grupo carboxílico de cadeia lateral de ácido aspártico ao suporte sólido para evitar a formação de várias impurezas e, dessa forma, resultar em maior rendimento e facilitar o processo de purificação. A presente invenção fornece adicionalmente o uso de aminoácidos livres e agentes redutores como antioxidantes no coquetel de clivagem para impedir a formação de impurezas oxidativas formadas durante a clivagem global e isolamento do peptídeo do suporte sólido.
