Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE UM COMPONENTE ESTRUTURAL PARA VEÍCULOS AUTOMOTORES DE UMA ORGANOCHAPA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de um componente estrutural para veículos automotores por transformação a quente de um produto semiacabado em form a de placa ("organochapa") de um termoplasto reforçado com fibras contínuas incorporadas. De acordo com o referido processo, regiões da organo-chapa (2) previstas para recepção da organochapa (2) em um dispositivo de transformação a quente (1) e/ou seções (21, 22) expostas a uma carga mais alta do componente estrutural (5) fabricadas a partir da organochapa (2), são estruturadas mais fortemente ou submetidas a um tratamento térmico especial na transformação a quente.
